Amy grew up in Arlington, WA and graduated from the University of Washington. Part of a politically active family, Amy quickly learned life-long lessons in loyalty, dedication to a cause and doing the right thing. She brings these beliefs to her business and her clients will confirm that they feel Amy is always on their side. Amy believes that being a part of the community also means protecting the financial future of the people and business’s that surround her.
Paul grew up in Juneau, AK and graduated from the University of Washington and University of Oklahoma. The son of a commercial fisherman, Paul has been commercial fishing since he could walk. Life in Alaskan waters led Paul to become a skipper of an Alaskan crabbing vessel but fishing boats weren’t big enough so Paul joined the Navy. The enormous responsibility to the safety of the fishing crew and young sailors under his command cemented Paul’s belief in proper safety procedures and protecting our most valuable assets. With Paul’s background, insurance was a natural fit for him.
Ronda Edwards is a recent addition to the Mosaic family. She comes with 13 years of experience in the insurance field, 10 of those being primarily in commercial lines. Ronda was born and raised in the Pacific NW, is married with two children and resides in Kirkland, WA. (She enjoys pina coladas and not getting caught in the rain. She is not much into health food, and she has half of a brain. She likes to be asleep at midnight and would like to spend more time in tropical climates.) She considers the most important part of her job to be providing the needed coverage for the best value and establishing a relationship with the customer that continues after the policy is issued.
Candice was born and raised in Western Washington and she still lives locally with her daughter. She is an avid reader and quilter though she is trying to get into gardening as well. Candice has over 7 years’ experience in the insurance industry and is looking forward to helping you understand your policies and answer any questions you may have.
Karen Moehrle is currently one of our Commercial Account Managers and Producer of Commercial insurance. After completing 5 years of undergraduate study at the University of Minnesota, she began her insurance career as a licensed life and health insurance agent. Since then she has obtained her property and casualty license in several states and has held positions in sales, underwriting, marketing, and management and has owned two Property and Casualty agencies. Karen has received many insurance sales awards and obtained her CIC designation in 2007. In addition she has taught CISR classes for the WA PIA National Alliance.
Karen has traveled throughout the U.S. working with insurance professionals. Her experience on both the company and agency side has increased the value she brings to each professional task.
Now living in Lake Stevens, WA Karen has been married for 33 years, has two children and one amazing granddaughter. Karen will continue to devout her time to her family, church and insurance career and keep having fun with it all!
Brittiany was born and raised in Snohomish, WA were she married her high school sweetheart in November 2008. She graduated from Snohomish High School with an interest in marketing and attended Shoreline community college. In her spare time she enjoys baking up custom cupcakes and enjoying the outdoors of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Brittiany has been in the insurance industry for over 9 years and has a passion for making sure her clients understand their policy and making sure that their financial future is secure.
Patty was born and raised in the Midwest. She has been married for 21 years and has a 19 year old son. Her husband has recently retired after 27 years in the Army. They have spent many years travelling within the US and event spent a few years in Germany. She has been in the insurance field for 8 years with experience on all sides of the industry. She is very passionate on good customer service and ensures every customer’s needs are taken care of as if it were her own. Patty enjoys a good comedy and can randomly quote lines from various movies(something her and Brittiany like to do to entertain themselves). She also likes a good thunderstorm and snow…Lots of snow.
Claudia was born in Colombia, where she graduated in Accounting from Mariana University. After graduation, she worked with several large manufacturing companies in various accounting positions. She relocated to Everett where for several years she and her husband owned and operated their own Insurance Agency. Claudia has extensive experience in personal and commercial lines. However, it’s her superior service before, during and after the sale that makes Claudia a valuable asset to her clients.
Penny is a long-time resident of the Pacific Northwest. She started her insurance career at a small insurance agency on Vashon Island, providing personal, commercial, life and health insurance to fellow islanders. She has over twenty years in the insurance industry, working at small and large insurance agencies as well as many years working for a major insurance software company in customer service and training. She loves educating others about insurance and building trusting relationships with her clients. She loves gardening and travel and all things French. Penny is married with one son and lives in Monroe, WA.
Robyn was born and raised in the Pacific NW, living in Snohomish County all of her life. Robyn brings 20+ years’ experience working with people in a client relations and account management role.
Robyn has a passion for being of service in both her personal and work life. This makes her role as a Licensed Personal Lines Representative a perfect fit, as she is able to put that passion to work every day for her clients.
Robyn is very involved in her community through her church. With a strong belief in their moto “Reach up, Reach in, Reach out”, Robyn runs the outreach program that provides clothing and school supplies to children in need. In addition, Robyn has a great love for Jesus and singing! She brings these two together by being a part of their worship team on Sunday morning.
Robyn believes in having a balanced Christian, home and work life. She cherishes her time with her Church family, family and friends, as she believes staying connected makes for a healthy and happy life. Robyn is married to her best friend, Jim, and has four adopted fur-babies she loves to cuddle and spoil
John is a lifelong Seattle area resident who now resides in Edmonds. He is a UW graduate and also has a degree from the Seattle University MBA program. Outside of two years with the Boeing Company and two years in the publishing business, John has spent his entire career in the insurance industry. He’s worked in management for several insurance companies but has spent the last thirteen years as an insurance agent writing personal, commercial, life and long term care insurance. John spent 20 years with the Air Force Reserve at McChord AFB. His hobbies are travel, boating, and attending Husky sports events.
Kris was born in the Midwest, lived on both coasts, and attended the University of Kansas before settling into a long stretch in the Chicagoland area. There she owned and operated a life insurance and financial planning business as well as some entrepreneurial endeavors. In 2004, after too many icy-cold winters, she decided to move herself and her two daughters to Western Washington. She then pursued an opportunity in healthcare, but eventually found she needed to return to her roots in insurance and came to Mosaic. Kris is passionate about the bottom line, that the client will be well taken care of, and understands the benefits of long-lasting business relationships. She enjoys spending time with her daughters, cooking and the pursuit of a good bottle of wine.
Kate was born and raised in Snohomish County graduating from Everett High School and Edmonds Community College. After getting married in 2012, she and her husband made their home in Warm Beach. An avid golfer growing up, Kate has spent the last 10 years in golf management, but has made a career change to spend more time with her baby boy, born December 2014. Kate has served the board for Snohomish County Young Professionals, and regularly volunteers for Washington State DECA.
