Jackson Hering

Born and raised in Washington, I bring a lifelong connection to the community into my work. I attended Jackson High School, where I played both football and lacrosse, and later served as captain of my lacrosse team. An experience that helped shape my leadership style and team-first mindset. I went on to graduate from Everett Community College with a degree in Fire Science, which gives me a unique perspective on risk, safety, and insurance.

I’m a fourth-generation insurance agent, having learned the business firsthand while working alongside my father. With years of experience passed down through my family, I take pride in combining that legacy knowledge with a modern, client-focused approach. I started my career at a small, family-owned agency and worked my way up, gaining a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up.

Outside of work, I’m a huge comic book enthusiast and enjoy spending time on the golf course or going on adventures with my wife. I’m also a passionate fan of the Seahawks and Mariners, and I’m eagerly looking forward to the return of the Sonics.
